Some 30 years ago, “Papa Steve,” Boudin’s owner and master baker, opened the first retail demonstration bakery on Fisherman’s Wharf. Today, our revamped bakery puts our bakers front and center, right where they deserve to be. A 30-foot observation window lets you see our team of experts crafting batches of bread by hand, each golden loaf as artfully produced as Boudin’s first.
